About AI Video Shop

Who we are

AI Video Shop is the name used by this Hong Kong-based website. We offer photo-based AI video templates for adults who want a short personalized entertainment clip. For questions about the service, orders, privacy, or permissions, email [email protected].

What you purchase

You select a template and provide the required photos. A one-time purchase pays for a video request, rather than a recurring subscription. The template page explains its scene, soundtrack, duration, quality options, and price before checkout. A 480p purchase provides an 8-second opening clip; the full 720p version is 10 or 15 seconds depending on the template. An upgrade unlocks the saved HD version of that video rather than creating a different performance.

How to evaluate the examples

Our template pages show generated example videos and their input images. Example portraits are fictional adults or pets; they are not customer testimonials or evidence that a real person endorsed the service. Watch with sound and inspect the input comparison before deciding whether a template suits your photo. AI can change facial detail, clothing, movement, and background. An example demonstrates that particular output, not a guarantee for every photo.

Your photos and your choices

Use only adult portraits you have permission to process, or animal photos you are entitled to use. Your uploads are not automatically added to our public examples. Input photos and intermediate files are retained for up to 7 days and finished videos for 30 days. Download the video before its retention period ends. See our Privacy Policy for processing providers and deletion options.

Support and editorial guidance

Our photo preparation guide explains how to choose inputs and assess results before spending more money. If a paid request fails, review the Refund Policy and contact us with the order reference. Do not send passwords or payment card details. We do not promise a specific reply time before confirming that we can meet it.
