Privacy Policy | AI Video Shop

How AI Video Shop handles your photos, videos, account, and payment information.

Information we process

We process the name, email address, and password you provide when creating an account; your uploaded photos; generation requests and results; and order and support records. Passwords are stored as protected hashes. We also use limited technical information, such as IP addresses, session cookies, and server logs, for sign-in, security, and preventing abuse.

What happens to your photos

Your photos are used to create your requested video. We send the necessary input images and generation instructions to KIE AI and its underlying model providers. Cloudflare R2 stores input and generated files in a private bucket. Temporary access links allow authorized delivery and processing. We do not publish your uploads in a gallery or use them as website examples without your separate permission.

Your input photos and intermediate images are retained for up to 7 days, and completed videos for 30 days. These files can be deleted earlier through My videos once processing has finished. Generation providers have their own retention practices; KIE states that generated media is retained for 14 days and request logs for two months. Deleting a file from this website does not undo processing that has already occurred at a provider.

Payments and essential services

Stripe processes payments. We retain order identifiers, payment status, and amounts; we do not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Cloudflare provides network protection and media storage. Our hosting and processing providers may operate in countries different from yours.

We use necessary cookies for login and security. We do not currently run advertising trackers on the homepage. We do not sell your photos or personal information.

Account records and your choices

Order and security records may be retained separately from your media to operate accounts, handle refunds, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction, account deletion, or help removing media, open a support ticket. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.

The service is for adults. Do not upload photos of children. If you believe someone uploaded your photo without permission, contact us through a support ticket with enough information to identify the request.
