One-time purchases

Hotel Lobby costs USD $19.90 for one 8-second video in 720p. There is no recurring subscription.

If generation fails

We automatically restore your video credit when a generation cannot be completed. You can use it to try again. A restored credit is not an automatic refund to your payment card.

If you would prefer a refund for an unused paid credit, open a support ticket and include your order number. We review the order and return approved refunds to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe and your bank.

If a video is delivered

AI results vary and may not reproduce a face or motion exactly. If your delivered file is broken, missing, or substantially different from the purchased specification, contact support so we can investigate and provide a suitable remedy. A preference for a different pose or expression does not by itself establish a failed generation.

Duplicate payments and unauthorized transactions should be reported promptly. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
