The service

AI Video Shop creates personalized AI videos from photos you upload. Hotel Lobby currently includes one 8-second, silent MP4 video in 720p for USD $19.90. It is a one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription. You can add music using your own editing or social media app.

Your photos and permissions

You must be at least 18. Only upload photos of adults who have given you permission to create this video. You keep your rights to your original uploads. You authorize us and our processing providers to use them to fulfill your request. Do not upload illegal, sexual, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing material. Do not impersonate someone or create content intended to harm them.

AI results

Results are generated by AI and vary with the input photos. We cannot guarantee exact likeness, choreography, facial expressions, or an exact match to the example. The example uses fictional adults. No licensed song is included. Use your results in accordance with the rights of everyone depicted and any music you add.

Orders and delivery

Sign in before purchasing. Stripe processes your payment. A successful purchase adds one video credit; the saved video request starts once the payment is confirmed. Processing usually takes several minutes and may take longer during busy periods. You can leave the page and return through My videos.

If generation fails, we restore the video credit so you can try again. This is a credit restoration, not an automatic card refund. See our Refund Policy for refund requests.

Saving and deletion

Input photos and intermediate images are retained for up to 7 days, and completed videos for 30 days. Download your video before it expires. You can delete a completed or unstarted request through My videos. An active generation must finish before it can be deleted.

Your account and support

Keep your password private. We may suspend requests that violate these terms or protect the service against abuse. For order issues, refunds, or privacy requests, open a support ticket from your account, including your order number when relevant. Do not include payment card details in a ticket.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date above.
