The service

AI Video Shop creates personalized AI videos from photos you upload. Hotel Lobby includes one 8-second MP4 with newly generated English rap vocals and music: USD $4.90 for 480p or USD $19.90 for 720p. After a 480p purchase, USD $15 unlocks the same performance in 720p; this upgrade does not create a new video. It is a one-time purchase, with no recurring subscription.

Your photos and permissions

You must be at least 18. Only upload photos of adults who have given you permission to create this video. You keep your rights to your original uploads. You authorize us and our processing providers to use them to fulfill your request. Do not upload illegal, sexual, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing material. Do not impersonate someone or create content intended to harm them.

AI results

Results are generated by AI and vary with the input photos. We cannot guarantee exact likeness, choreography, facial expressions, lyrics, lip synchronization, or an exact match to the example. The example uses fictional adults. The audio is AI-generated; the original Hotel Lobby recording is not included. Use your results in accordance with the rights of everyone depicted and any music you add.

Orders and delivery

Sign in before purchasing. Stripe processes your payment. A successful generation purchase pays for the saved video request, which starts once payment is confirmed. An HD upgrade only unlocks that existing video and does not add a generation. Previously purchased video credits retain their original 720p entitlement. Processing usually takes several minutes and may take longer during busy periods. You can leave the page and return through My videos.

If generation fails, you can retry that paid request at no extra charge while the input photos remain available. For previously purchased credits, we restore the credit. This is not an automatic card refund. See our Refund Policy for refund requests.

Saving and deletion

Input photos and intermediate images are retained for up to 7 days, and completed videos for 30 days. Download your video before it expires. You can delete a completed or unstarted request through My videos. An active generation must finish before it can be deleted.

Your account and support

Keep your password private. We may suspend requests that violate these terms or protect the service against abuse. For order issues, refunds, or privacy requests, open a support ticket from your account, including your order number when relevant. Do not include payment card details in a ticket.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date above.
