One-time purchases

Hotel Lobby costs USD $4.90 for one 8-second video in 480p or USD $19.90 for 720p. A USD $15 upgrade unlocks the same existing 480p video in 720p. There is no recurring subscription.

If generation fails

If generation cannot be completed, you can retry the paid request at no extra charge while the input photos remain available (up to 7 days). Previously purchased video credits are restored if consumed by a failed generation. This is not an automatic refund to your payment card.

If you would prefer a refund for an undelivered paid video or unused paid credit, open a support ticket and include your order number. We review the order and return approved refunds to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe and your bank.

An HD upgrade applies only to the selected video. It grants no additional generation. If its payment is refunded, access returns to 480p; a refunded base purchase removes access to the video.

If a video is delivered

AI results vary and may not reproduce a face or motion exactly. If your delivered file is broken, missing, or substantially different from the purchased specification, contact support so we can investigate and provide a suitable remedy. A preference for a different pose or expression does not by itself establish a failed generation.

Duplicate payments and unauthorized transactions should be reported promptly. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
